In any competitive sport, there has to be rules to govern
the activity. Any time you have rules, you know not everyone will be happy with them. Yet imagine how well things
would work if there weren't any. So after some "townhall" meetings and member voting we have how the
majority want to play the game.
So on to the 2011 RULES
