2. Wheelie Bar Rule to be STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO BARS, NO PULL!!
3. No duals, chains, steel wheels (instead of tires), tracks, or studded tires will be allowed.
4. Maximum length of the tractor is 96 inches (8 feet) from the center of the rear axle forward.
5. No part of any weight will extend more than 24" behind center of rear axle.
6. No four wheel drive tractors.
7. All tractors will have wide front ends (wheels at least 24" apart or stock width), with one exception. Randy Poldbergs' Stock class tractor named "Blondie" and driven by his immediate family, will be allowed to use a narrow front axle in the 12-15 hp Stock class only. As long as Randy is the owner and his immediate family are the drivers, this one tractor will be allowed to use a narrow front. If this tractor ever changes owners it will no longer be allowed to hook with a narrow front. This exception is being permitted due to the tractor being built before the formation of the WIGTP group.
8. Maximum drawbar height for all classes will be 13 inches from the top of hitching device to the ground.

9. Minimum drawbar length is 6" from center of rear axle to point of hook and cannot be adjustable to less than 6". The drawbar hook point must have a diameter no less than 1 1/2 inches and no more than 2 inches and be made of at least 3/8 inch plate material. The hole must not be more than 3/4 of an inch forward from the back edge of the hitching device. No clevises allowed.
10. The drawbar must be stationary of all movement and be parallel to the ground. An area 5 inches wide (2 1/2inches on either side of the center of the hitching device) and 12 inches high (6 inches above and below the center of the hitching device) must be free of all obstructions.
11. All tractors must have a workable brake.
12. All tractors must have rear fenders, 4" minimum width, designed to keep the operator free from the tire.

13. All tractors will have a factory throttle set-up or deadman throttle, being closed in rearmost position, except Sport Stock & Stock Altered, which must have deadman throttles.
14. Exhaust must be discharged vertically unless stock type muffler is used. All exhaust, including mufflers, must be routed to minimize dust being blown.
15. Hood and Grill must be in place on all garden tractors.
16. Weights must be stationary of all movement.
17. All mower decks, loaders, or other hang-on accessories must be removed.
18. All tractors will be equipped with a starter system other than pushing or pulling. This will be used unless breakage occurs.
19. All tractors will have an ignition shut-off switch convenient to the driver other than the safety kill switch.
20. All tractors will have a fuel shut-off between the tank and engine.
21. No nitrous oxide, nitrous methane, or equivalent oxygen enriched fuels or additives allowed. No propane or any pressurized fuel tanks allowed.
22. No shifting gears while the tractor is in motion, except variable speed belts and hydros may be increased or decreased.
23. Diesel tractor rules are being considered at this time. No diesels allowed unless they were available in the brand of tractor in which it is used and must be oem stock production garden tractor engines. They are also limited to a maximum of three cylinders. Due to the limited number of diesel entries in the past, diesels may be required to pull exhibition. These rules are subject to change, so bring a diesel at your own risk and check the website for updates.
