1.   Dues will be paid annually and consist of $10.00 per person over 18 which will also include their own minor children, and $15.00 per governed tractor and $20.00 per open rpm tractor. (voted on and approved at Tennant 7/10)

2.   A paid membership will register a tractor to receive a class number to be applied on the tractor per our registration and number rules. (required to comply with our current registration and number rules)

3.   A paid membership will receive the benefit of being covered under the corporation's spectator liability insurance policy. (voted on and approved at Persia 6/5)

4.   A paid membership will automatically enter a tractor in the points system unless the registered owner wishes to opt out. Contact the secretary with the tractor number desiring to opt out. (voted on and approved at Tennant 7/10)

5.   All paid members will automatically be invited to the awards banquet whether they opt out of the points or not. (to be voted on and approved)

6.   All paid members over 18 are entitled to one vote per member on bylaw issues and general rule issues. (voted on and approved at Persia 6/5)

7.   All paid members over 18 are entitled to one vote per paid registered tractor for class rules that the tractor is registered in. (voted on and approved at Persia 6/5)

8.   Tractors that are renewed annually will carry the same class number forward unless they switch classes or sell the tractor. Contact the secretary with any class changes or ownership changes. (for ease of recordkeeping, to be voted on and approved)

9.   Tractors that are not renewed annually will lose their number and the number will be made available to new tractors. (for ease of recordkeeping, to be voted on and approved)

10.   Tractor class or ownership changes during the pulling season will require new numbers. (for ease of recordkeeping, to be voted on and approved)

11.   Deadlines for paying dues and opting out of the points to be determined.

12.   Awards banquet location and cost to be determined.

13.   Non-member fees and requirements to be determined.
